A firm a decade in the making.
In 2008, our founders decided to do something new. They launched a different kind of law firm - a firm designed to meet the needs of an evolving legal landscape that increasingly demands efficient and effective counsel. In 2018, the firm introduced an updated moniker, SouthBank Legal: LaDue | Curran | Kuehn. The name reflects our firm's unique culture - one that is innovative, agile, and team-based.
The old model is broken - so we created a new one.
All of our clients are firm clients. No single attorney owns the client relationship at SouthBank Legal. That type of model can lead to silos and turf wars over clients. We collaborate on the client relationship so clients have access to our entire team, ensuring the right members of our team are helping with your legal needs.

We're proud to play a part in revitalizing downtown South Bend. In 2016, we moved our practice to One Michiana Square, now named 100 East Wayne. Our new flagship space reflects our innovative practice: open and inviting, professional and practical. Our newest office in Elkhart, at 418 S. Main St., allows our clients in the region to have convenient access to our attorneys, wherever their business takes them.
